This first meeting between President Obama and President-Elect Trump
This first meeting between President Obama and President-Elect Trump is sure be analyzed and overanalyzed. The President made it clear though that they will be coming together to deal with the changes ahead. He also said he wants to make sure both Trump and the future first lady feel welcome. Trump was also very cordial and said it was an honor meeting with him. Trump said the meeting was expected to be under 15 minutes, but instead went 90 minutes. I take that to be a good sign.
Folks I know this has been a rough couple of days and anxiety is high, but I truly hope this meeting helps start the healing.
